FREE LIVE MASTERCLASS FOR PARENTS OF AUTISTIC CHILDREN
Date:
Monday, September 14, 2026
1.00 pm Eastern
Live on Zoom | 60 minutes | FREE
You don’t need another reminder that this is hard.
You need a practical way to recognise when reaction mode is taking over and create a little space before deciding what to do next.
SAVE YOUR FREE SPOT BELOW
No preparation needed. Your camera is optional. Come exactly as you are.
Your child becomes distressed.
Plans suddenly change.
The noise feels unbearable.
Someone makes an unkind comment.
Or one more thing is added to a day that was already jam packed.
Your body tightens.
Your breathing changes.
And before you’ve had time to think, you react.
Then the guilt arrives.
I should have kept my cool.
Why can’t I stay calm?
What am I doing wrong?
You are not doing anything wrong.
You have simply spent a very long time being ready for the next problem.
But there is a moment before the reaction.
And learning to recognise that moment can change what happens next.
Most of us judge ourselves for the raised voice, the frustration or the reaction.
But your body was already giving you information.
Your jaw tightened.
Your shoulders rose.
Your breathing got shallow.
Your thoughts started racing.
During From Chaos to Choice, I’ll show you how to use those signals instead of ignoring them until you reach your limit.
You’ll practise my simple three-step process:
NOTICE
Recognise the physical and emotional signals that tell you reaction mode is taking over.
ANCHOR
Use a practical anchor to help you become steadier, even when you only have a few seconds.
CHOOSE
Decide what you want to bring to the moment instead of allowing your automatic reaction to decide for you.
This is not about staying calm all the time.
And it is not about controlling your child’s behaviour.
It is about having more choice in how you meet the moment.
YES - I WANT MORE CHOICE
[YES - I WANT OE CHOICE]
By the end of our 60 minutes together, you will:
Know how to recognise your own early signs of reaction mode.
Create an anchor you can use in the middle of real life.
Practise Notice → Anchor → Choose with a situation from your own life.
Understand how to move from “What am I doing wrong?” to “What is happening here and what might help?”
Have one practical process you can begin using immediately.
You do not need 30 quiet minutes.
You do not need a perfectly calm house.
And you certainly do not need to become a different parent before you arrive.
Your child’s needs matter.
And so do you.
In fact, the more your child needs from you, the more seriously you need to take yourself.
Making your own life smaller is not the price you have to pay for loving your child.
This masterclass begins with changing what happens in one difficult moment.
But the larger possibility is becoming someone who can hold the hard AND continue creating a meaningful, full and alive life.
Autism may impact your life.
It does not get to run you.
I’m Antoinette, a certified life coach for parents of autistic children and the mother of my own non-speaking autistic son, Max.
I know what it is like to be constantly alert, desperately trying to anticipate what might happen next.
I also know the embarrassment of being surrounded by people while your child is distressed and feeling your own panic rising at exactly the moment you most want to remain composed.
My work helps parents strengthen their inner stability, connect more intentionally with their children and create lives that include their own needs, relationships and dreams too.
I don’t teach you to control every situation.
I teach you how to change what you bring to it.

This masterclass is for you if:
You are constantly on alert, even when nothing is happening.
You sometimes react before you have time to think.
You feel guilty about how you handled difficult moments.
You need practical tools that work in real life.
You want support for yourself, not another list of ways to change your child.
You are ready to believe that your life matters too.

But you can learn to meet it differently.
No. Your camera is completely optional.
No. Simply bring one difficult situation you would like to respond to differently.
Come anyway. Children, interruptions and real life are welcome
No. Your child is not the problem. This masterclass focuses on what you can influence: recognising your own reaction and choosing what you want to do next.
At the end, I will briefly introduce The Autism Parent Blueprint for parents who want continued teaching, coaching and support. There is no obligation to join.
